However, in actual production, many situations do not allow early calibration, such as limited processing raw materials, urgent processing time, etc. At this time, we need dynamic calibration or thermal calibration.       1. Thermal deformation compensation:
      Spindle thermal elongation compensation: When the spindle rotates at high speed and generates heat, it will produce axial elongation, which affects the Z-direction dimension. Advanced machine tools are equipped with temperature sensors and compensation models.
      Overall thermal deformation monitoring: Environmental temperature and internal heating of the machine tool can cause overall structural deformation, requiring long-term accumulation of process data or the use of machine tool temperature measurement systems.
      2. Dynamic accuracy testing:
      Roundness Test/Circular Test: Use a cue stick to interpolate a standard circle by interlocking the X/Z axes. By analyzing the trajectory deviation of the circle, various comprehensive dynamic errors such as servo mismatch, reverse clearance, vibration, verticality, etc. can be diagnosed. This is one of the most effective means to evaluate the machining performance of machine tools.
